"I am very disappointed with my recent AquaTru filter purchase. The new VOC Carbon filter appears to be defective. When I remove it from the machine and shake it gently, it makes a rattling noise as if something is broken inside. After installing this new filter, my AquaTru stopped filtering water correctly. Now, every time I try to start a filtration cycle, the machine shuts off by itself and does not filter any water. I followed the installation instructions, reset the machine, and tried troubleshooting, but the problem continues. Everything was working before I installed this new VOC Carbon filter. I hope AquaTru will replace the defective filter and help resolve this issue as soon as possible."
"This pre/carbon filter does its job well and helps keep the water tasting fresh. I like that it catches a lot before the water goes through the rest of the system, which makes the whole filtration process feel more complete. The replacement was quick and easy, with no mess or complicated setup. After changing it, the water tasted clean again and the system seemed to run smoothly. It’s one of those filters you don’t think about much, but it really matters. Overall, it’s reliable, simple to replace, and worth keeping up with."
