Carafe is great but. . .

"I've now used AquaTru for about a month I believe. There are two things that would make this company irresistible. One, make the filters more affordable, not just an occasional 10% discount. Two, redesign the "footing or platform" where the water tank sit. Create a "cradle" that makes it impossible to place the water tank slightly askew; this would allow the top "lid" over the tank to sit flush. I am super careful, dry the connections, etc. and 70% of the time the lid isn't flush. Super annoying."

Purchase seems worth it. I

"Purchase seems worth it. I would like to see a few improvements if there is a refresh in the model. Top of the handle when laying flat could use some embedded soft rubber to avoid hard plastic vibrations. Same would appreciated for the space where the carefe sits, at the bottom to avoid plastic on glass rattle. Maybe something with the slightest grip or edge so it doesn't feel like the carafe slide out too easy. A delay for when the pump starts up to stat filling would be cool. Lastly, to allow for the back tank to set against the main body of the unit, maybe something the tank can slot into. This would assist in the slightest with the vibrations."

"Very good product. High quality overall. If your family drinks a lot of water, get a second pitcher. One for your refrigerator and/or one being cleaned in the dishwasher while the other is in use. This is not for kids or people who are faint of heart nor ones who don't like reading instructions. It's easy to miss that you have to dump the 1/4 excess from the "back tank"."
