"I was tired of seeing a million plastic water bottles in my recycle bin every few weeks and with all the latest talk about micro plastics, I thought it was best to try an alternative. I love my counter AquaTru. The glass carafe is amazing. I “make” a fresh batch of water nightly and I keep the carafe in my refrigerator so now I’m only drinking out of glass products. I actually use it for my pets water bowl as well, they really seem to enjoy it. The AquaTru is definitely worth the investment. I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend it."

"I can't believe I hadn't moved to this filtration system sooner. I used to use a Brita but wanted something better and I can taste the difference. Living in California I believe the water needs more of a filtration and I feel good serving quality water to my family."

Carafe is great but. . .

"I've now used AquaTru for about a month I believe. There are two things that would make this company irresistible. One, make the filters more affordable, not just an occasional 10% discount. Two, redesign the "footing or platform" where the water tank sit. Create a "cradle" that makes it impossible to place the water tank slightly askew; this would allow the top "lid" over the tank to sit flush. I am super careful, dry the connections, etc. and 70% of the time the lid isn't flush. Super annoying."

I picked up 2 carafe

"I picked up 2 carafe units plus 1 extra pitcher. It's perfect for our counter space and works very well for our family of 3. It's very easy to set up. Each night I make up 3 carafes and just rinse out the water units. I clean with soap 1X week. The water tastes clean and I do add a tsp of Eidon Multiple Minerals to each pitcher. The pitcher holds 64 oz but filtered water is about 40 oz each time. It's not an issue for me though. I'll run 1 more in the morning to start with 3 FULL carafes. We've also had the Aqua Tru counter model but left it at our last house when we moved. We loved it too."
