"Cannot rate the system we purchased because we have yet to find a company to make the joke in our quartz countertop. The manufacturer of our countertop does not do the work. Calls to over 15 manufacturers have turned fruitless. Most do not do work in home or we are too far out of their service areas. So it sits in a box."

"I am very disappointed with my recent AquaTru filter purchase. The new VOC Carbon filter appears to be defective. When I remove it from the machine and shake it gently, it makes a rattling noise as if something is broken inside. After installing this new filter, my AquaTru stopped filtering water correctly. Now, every time I try to start a filtration cycle, the machine shuts off by itself and does not filter any water. I followed the installation instructions, reset the machine, and tried troubleshooting, but the problem continues. Everything was working before I installed this new VOC Carbon filter. I hope AquaTru will replace the defective filter and help resolve this issue as soon as possible."
