I was currently using a Brita and had been for years which only removes chlorine. This machine exceeded my expectations. "We recently bought the classic model. My wife and I both have 96 ounce water containers that we keep in the refrigerator and I fill them every night. It is inconvenient to use the push button and when you take the lid off to pour it that way, since there is no spout, you have to be very careful not to spill it all over the counter. Beyond that, we like it so far."
