AquaTru Product Registration and Complimentary Warranty Extension
Register an eligible AquaTru water purifier within 56 calendar days after delivery to receive one additional year of limited warranty coverage at no additional charge. The additional year extends the total limited warranty period from one year to two years or, for a purchased two-year or three-year extended warranty, to three years or four years, subject to the following terms.
Registration information will be used to administer your warranty, provide customer support, and communicate important information regarding your product. Marketing communications are optional and may be selected separately.
Terms and Conditions
1. Program Sponsor. The AquaTru Complimentary Warranty Extension Program is provided by Aqua Tru, LLC (“AquaTru”).
2. Eligible Products. The program applies only to new AquaTru water purifiers identified by AquaTru as eligible for the program and purchased by an end user from AquaTru or a participating authorized retailer. “Extended Warranty” means an AquaTru two-year or three-year extended limited warranty purchased for an eligible product from AquaTru or a participating authorized retailer. Filters, replacement filters, accessories, consumable components, separately purchased parts, and used or refurbished products are not eligible.
3. Standard One-Year Limited Warranty. Every eligible AquaTru water purifier includes AquaTru’s standard One-Year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the product’s original delivery date. Except where applicable law provides additional rights, failure to register does not affect the standard one-year warranty or the purchased term of any Extended Warranty.
4. Registration Requirement. Except where prohibited by applicable law, the original purchaser must complete the AquaTru product-registration form within 56 calendar days after delivery of the product to qualify for the additional year of limited warranty coverage. Registration requires the purchaser’s name and contact information, product model and serial number, date and place of purchase, delivery date, and reasonable proof of purchase.
5. Additional Year of Coverage. Upon timely and complete registration, the applicable written warranty period will be extended by one year, measured from the product’s original delivery date, as follows: a product covered only by the One-Year Limited Warranty will receive two years total; a product covered by a two-year Extended Warranty will receive three years total; and a product covered by a three-year Extended Warranty will receive four years total. Registration does not restart the warranty period.
6. Scope of Extended Coverage. During the additional year, AquaTru warrants that the eligible product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The additional year is subject to the same coverage, limitations, exclusions, remedies, claim procedures, and other terms stated in the AquaTru One-Year Limited Warranty or, for a product covered by an Extended Warranty, that Extended Warranty. The extension changes only the duration of coverage.
7. Remedy and Charges. If an eligible product has a covered defect during the applicable written warranty period, AquaTru will repair or replace the product in accordance with the AquaTru One-Year Limited Warranty or applicable Extended Warranty. AquaTru will not charge for covered replacement parts or repair labor. A disclosed shipping and processing fee may apply where permitted by law. AquaTru will bear any transportation or other costs that applicable law requires AquaTru to pay.
8. Exclusions. The complimentary extension does not cover:
● Filters, replacement filters, or other consumable components;
● Damage caused by accident or misuse;
● Use other than as intended and described in the applicable product manual;
● Damage resulting from failure to maintain or clean the product as specified in the applicable product manual; or
● Any other condition excluded under the AquaTru One-Year Limited Warranty or applicable Extended Warranty.
9. Original Purchaser. The complimentary extension applies only to the original purchaser of the eligible AquaTru water purifier and is not transferable.
10. Implied Warranties. To the extent permitted by applicable law, all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the applicable written warranty period. For a product qualifying for the complimentary extension, the applicable written warranty period is two, three, or four years from the original delivery date, as described above under Additional Year of Coverage. Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so this limitation may not apply. This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights, and the purchaser may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
11. Extended Warranty and Other Protection Plans. If the purchaser obtains an Extended Warranty, the complimentary additional year is included in and becomes part of that Extended Warranty, at no additional charge, and is provided under its terms. AquaTru will not charge any price, fee, or premium for the complimentary additional year. The complimentary additional year will not extend, combine with, or add to the term of any third-party service contract or protection plan.
12. Registration Confirmation. AquaTru will send registration confirmation to the email address provided by the purchaser. Registration confirmation does not establish coverage if the product, purchase, or purchaser is otherwise ineligible under these terms.
13. Technical Issues. A purchaser who attempts to register within the 56-day period but cannot complete registration because of a documented AquaTru website or system error may contact AquaTru Customer Service within 14 calendar days after the registration deadline to complete registration.

15. Privacy and Marketing. Information submitted through product registration will be handled in accordance with the AquaTru Privacy Policy. Consent to receive marketing emails, text messages, or other promotional communications is optional and is not a condition of warranty coverage or the complimentary extension.
16. Applicable Terms. The program terms, AquaTru One-Year Limited Warranty, and any Extended Warranty in effect when the product is delivered will govern the purchaser’s coverage. AquaTru may modify or discontinue the program prospectively, but any modification or discontinuation will not reduce coverage already provided to an eligible purchaser.
17. Applicable Law. Nothing in these terms limits any warranty rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.
