1     leftover cooked chicken carcass (meat removed)

4    cups AquaTru filtered water (or enough to cover the bones)

2    tbsp apple cider vinegar

2    tsp sea salt

1    tsp garlic powder

Step 1 
Place the chicken carcass into your pressure cooker and pour in AquaTru water until bones are fully covered.

Step 2 
Stir in the vinegar, salt, and garlic powder.

Step 3 
Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 2 hours.

Step 4 
Let the lid release, then strain broth into a separate container.

Step 5 
Let cool completely before refrigerating or freezing.

1½   lbs fresh green beans, trimmed

4     cups AquaTru purified water

1      can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup

1      cup whole milk

½    tsp soy sauce

¼    tsp black pepper

       Fresh chives or parsley (optional)

Step 1 
Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2 
Bring AquaTru purified water to a boil. Add green beans and cook for 5–6 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain.

Step 3 
In a large bowl, mix mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and black pepper.


Step 4 
Stir in green beans and ⅔ cup crispy fried onions. Transfer to a baking dish.

Step 5 
Bake for 25 minutes. Top with remaining crispy onions and bake for another 5 minutes until golden and bubbly.

2     lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed

4     cups AquaTru purified water (or enough to cover potatoes)

½    cup whole milk, warmed

4      tbsp unsalted butter

½    tsp salt, or to taste

½    tsp black pepper

1⅓   cups crispy fried onions

Step 1 
Peel and cut potatoes into evenly sized cubes.

Step 2 
Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with AquaTru purified water.

Step 3 
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15–20 minutes, until fork-tender.

Step 4 
Drain potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter and warm milk, then mash until smooth and creamy.

Step 5 
Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh chives or parsley, and serve warm.

1     gallon AquaTru purified water

¾    cup kosher salt (Diamond Crystal; or

½    cup Morton kosher salt)

½    cup brown sugar

4    garlic cloves, smashed

3    sprigs fresh rosemary

4    sprigs fresh thyme

2    bay leaves

1    tbsp whole black peppercorns

1    orange, sliced

Step 1 
In a large pot, heat 4 cups of AquaTru purified water with salt and brown sugar. Stir until dissolved.

Step 2 
Remove from heat and add garlic, herbs, peppercorns, and orange slices.

Step 3 
Add the remaining 12 cups of cold AquaTru purified water. Refrigerate until completely chilled.

Step 4 
Place turkey in a large container and pour the chilled brine over it. Add more purified water if needed to cover.

Step 5 
Cover and refrigerate for 12–24 hours at 40°F or below. Remove turkey, pat dry, and cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.

½    cup AquaTru purified water

1½   cups milk

2    tbsp cocoa powder

2    tbsp sugar

½    tsp ground cinnamon

¼    tsp vanilla extract

       Whipped cream or marshmallows (optional)

Step 1 
Heat AquaTru purified water in a saucepan over medium heat.

Step 2 
Whisk in cocoa powder, sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.

Step 3 
Add milk and stir until warm.

Step 4 
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

Step 5 
Pour into mugs, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
